Javen’s First Soccer Game!

This weekend, Javen had his first soccer game in the Speedway Rec League. Due to player shortages, he’s been stuck in the U14 league with players on his team ranging all the way from 10 to 13. The team is a new group, so they lost their first game as they’re still getting used to playing together. Even so, they all had a good time, and we’re looking forward to another great season!

Wow. I guess a lot happens when you don’t check the Awesome family blog in week or two. Happy 6th grade year Javen! I hope you have an “Awesome” soccer season. The baby’s room is starting to look nice. Michele is looking good too (Rock that baby bulge!) We look forward to seeing you guys in a few months!
