First Day of 6th Grade

August 24th, 2008

We can’t believe it ourselves, but Javen started the 6th grade this month. Of course, as with any child, he was not thrilled to have his picture taken early in the morning on his first day. But, as good parents, we forced him to, and have the pictures to prove it.

When did Javen transform from a cute kid to such a good looking young man….wow, he must be eating right! It’s always a little sad to see the little ones become bigger ones, but that’s more than offset by how magical the whole process is, and slowly realizing that it is you, as the Awesome parents, who make it happen. Joey is a lucky future little boy. Love, Dad R. Hi Javen!!

That transformation happened when we cut the afro off. Now you see how handsome he is!!!

You are as handsome as ever, whether early in the morning, or late in the evening!!! Hope your first day of school was totally “awesome”. Love ya!!

Love the latest Baby Bump photo, you know the table (the one with the bowl on it). Wish I were there to rub it. That is supposed to be good luck, right???

Hope my grandson that is on this earth right now is doing well and enjoying school. Love you…

Hope you are all doing and feeling awesome…

    Love,
    Mom

    Hey J,
Hope your tnsillectomy went well. I understand you are getting to eat lots of really good stuff. :-) :-)
Mom said your tonsils were the size of culiflower. I know you won’t miss them. When I see you next time, you can look at mine…I have the same problem, but still sport them!! Love you!!

Hey Mom-to-be for the second time,
Looks like the shower was fun and you got lots of good stuff for Joseph. The girls did a really nice job planning, etc. Hope you are doing well and that my son-in-law is taking good care of you (Mike, I don’t have any doubt in my mind!!). I filled everyone in on T Day and they all send their best.

    Love you all,
    :-)
